The 2009 season has just come to an end and we were unable to get out to one single race all season due to moving and other financial constraints. Most of the Pocket Bike racing Associations in the North West have been unable to maintain a viable racing program due to the ailing economy.

We hope there will be someplace to race in 2010.

Plans for the 2010 Race Season

Riley is hoping to continue racing in the 125cc class with the Washington Motorcycle Road Racing Association for the 2010 season and has decided that he will also try racing on a 600cc class bike by mid season.

Nikita is hoping for a miracle in that there will be some place to race pocket bikes in the 2010 season.

Carly is hoping to start racing Carts in the 2010 season.

Riley hit the ground running on his trip to Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama. Of course Murphy was along for the ride so what ever could go wrong certainly tried! The plane transfer times were so close together that they almost missed the connecting flight and the luggage definitely didn't make it.

Needless to say when Riley showed up at the track it was without some of his gear. Thankfully Riley had his suit with him in a carry on bag but his boots, gloves and helmet were still not delivered from the Airport. Thankfully Alpine Stars stepped up to loan Riley some equipment for his warm up session until his equipment arrived.

Once Riley finally hit the track too show what he could do his trial time was cut short by one of the guys coming by Riley way to hot into a sharp right hand corner, high sided and cart wheeled the bike causing a red flag and almost taking Riley out in the process.

Riley was one of the youngest members at only 13 years old. Unfortunately he was not picked this time but was asked to try out again next year for the 2009 Rookies Cup.

"All in all it was a great experience to meet new people, get some seat time on a perfectly tuned bike at a great track like Barber! Oh yeah don't forget the Red Bull girls."        10/15/2007

Riley is asked to attend the tryouts for the 2008 US Red Bull Rookies Cup!

Riley has been chosen from over 600 applicants to be one of the 50 who were asked to participate in the first ever tryouts for the Red Bill Rookies Cup at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham , Alabama on September 28th through October 1st 2007. The top 20 riders will run a 9 race circuit in 2008 at some of the AMA and Moto GP events in the US at different tracks across the country. We wish him luck and hope he will be what the judges are looking for!                               9/10/2007

Riley puts in his application for the 2007 Red Bull Academy in Europe!

Riley is excited and hopeful that he will be asked to go to Europe and participate in one of the annual Red Bull Academy's before he turns 16 and will no longer be eligible to participate. The prize for the top 25 kids is a chance to race in the Red Bull Rookies Cup series for the grand prize of a years sponsorship in the MotoGP circuit. The initial application really focused on Riley and his Dad's statures to make sure he will be a relatively small guy to stay competitive in a sport where a few extra pounds can make the difference between 1st and last place.                                                        Come back for more info as it is available.       3/24/2007
